The plug valve type discharge orifice of BEP steam traps ensure efficient & maintenance free operation for years without any steam leakage.
Increasing level of the condensate opens the outlet orifice & decreasing level closes the outlet orifice proportionately.

Increasing level of the condensate opens the outlet orifice & decreasing level closes the outlet orifice proportionately.
The discharge of the condensate is proportionate to the rate of condensate accumulation. BEP Traps can handle high starting condensate loads & are also suitable for very low condensate. The special design of float mechanism allows the steam trap to work at very low differential pressure i.e. 0.01 Bar & discharges the condensate even at 95% back pressure.
BEP Ball Float Steam Traps are available for high pressure as well as high discharge capacity applications.
Pressure Range - Upto 160 Bar.
Discharge Capacity - Single Trap upto 48500 Kg/Hr.
Sizes - 15mm to 100mm.
End Conn - Screwed / Socket Weld End / Flanged
